Booking and policies
By booking, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to the booking and cancellation policy below.
A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This is deducted from your final fee.
Lateness
No late fees, but lateness reduces your shoot time. Arriving 15+ minutes late without contact is treated as a no-show, and the deposit is forfeited. There's sometimes flexibility — get in touch if you're running late.
Rescheduling & cancellations
- Reschedule up to 24 hours before your session — no penalty
- Cancel or reschedule within 24 hours — deposit forfeited
- No-shows forfeit the deposit

Delivery
How long until I get my photos?
Standard delivery is 7–10 days, though sessions are often delivered sooner. Proofs and final images are delivered via a secure online gallery.
Proof galleries stay online for 5 days — please choose your favourites within that time. A one-time 48-hour extension can be requested before the gallery expires.
Image usage licence
Personal, portfolio, and casting use is included. Commercial use requires additional licensing.
RAW files
RAW images aren't released. You'll receive fully edited, ready-to-use JPEGs.
What resolution are my final photos?
High-resolution 300 DPI JPEGs, suitable for print and industry submissions, with optional web-sized copies for socials.
Backdrops
Backdrop colours are fixed for consistency across sessions.

Preparing for your session
This is my first headshot shoot, what should I expect?
No experience needed. A rough idea of what you're going for helps guide the session, but I'll talk you through everything on the day.
What to wear
You can have up to 2 outfit changes, changing time is included within your session, so factor this into your planning. Solid colours photograph best; stripes and polka dots don't translate well on camera. Wear what suits your intended audience, or whatever your agent has suggested.
Hair & makeup
A natural look is generally recommended for auditions and professional use — but ultimately, wear what you're comfortable in for your intended purpose.
What will be in shot?
It's a headshot, so only your mid-to-top half will be in frame.
Reference images
Example references are always welcome, but not required if you don't have any.

Can I pick additional photos from the gallery?
Yes, at the additional cost listed under Optional Add-ons above.
Can I select new proofs after final images are delivered?
No, the gallery is deleted once final images are delivered, so choose carefully. A new session is required for additional images.
Do you offer black & white images?
Not currently, but it's something I'm considering adding in future.
