Booking and Policies

By booking, you confirm you are 18+ and agree to the booking and cancellation policy.

A £15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session, this will be deducted from your final fee.

Lateness

No late fees, but lateness reduces shoot time.

15+ mins late without contact = no-show, deposit forfeited.

Sometimes there’s wiggle room but 15+ mins may mean rescheduling!

rescheduling & cancellations

Reschedule up to 24 hours before session = no penalty.

Cancel/reschedule within 24 hours = deposit lost.

No-shows also forfeit deposit. Sorry :(

how long till i get my photos?

Standard delivery: 7–10 days, though often delivered sooner.

Proof and final images delivered via secure online gallery.

Proof galleries stay online for 5 days, so be sure to choose your favourites within that time.

A one time 48hr extension can be requested before the gallery expires.

Image Usage Licence

Personal, portfolio, and casting use included.

Commercial use requires additional licensing.

RAW Files

RAW images aren’t released. You’ll receive fully edited, ready to use JPEGs.

Backdrops

Backdrop colours are fixed for consistency across sessions.

What to Wear

You can have up to 2 outfit changes, but changing time is included within your session, so no extra

time can be added. Bear this in mind when planning.

Wear what you feel will appeal to your business audience, or as suggested by your agent.

solid colours work better on camera, stripes and polka dots are not recommended.

Hair & makeup

A natural look is recommended, suitable for auditions/professional setting, but ultimately it’s what

you’re comfortable with for your intended use.

What will be in shot?

Sounds silly but better to know than to not.

it is a headshot so only your mid-top half will be in frame.

Can I pick additional photos from the gallery?

Yes, at an additional cost listed in the add-ons section above.

Can I select new proofs after final photos are delivered?

No, the gallery is deleted once final images are delivered so pick wisely. A new session is required

for new images.

What resolution are my final photos?

Delivered as high-resolution 300 DPI JPEGs, suitable for print and industry submissions, with

optional web copies for socials.

Do you offer black & white images?

not right now, but someday, perhaps…
